Vaishno Mata's History: Mata Vaishno Devi Temple

The temple of Mata Vaishno Devi, according to a geological research, is quite old. Mata Vaishno Devi is said to have appeared as a lovely princess in the Treta Yuga as Mata Parvati, Saraswati, and Lakshmi for the benefit of mankind. And he went to the Trikuta mountain cave to do penance. His body blended into a delicate form of three divine forces, Mahakali, Mahalakshmi, and Mahasaraswati, when the time arrived.

Sridhar

Mata Vaishno Devi's outstanding devotee who lived over seven centuries ago. Sridhar and his wife were devoted to the Mother Goddess to the point of death. In a dream, Sridhar received an order to perform Bhandare from Divya. However, due to his financial situation, Sridhar was concerned about how he would plan this event. He remained up all night worrying about it. Then I just hoped for the best. People began to arrive in the morning to receive the prasad. After that, he noticed that a tiny girl named Vaishno Devi had arrived at his hut. With them, Bhandara was ready.

And then the girl vanished. After this occurrence, Sridhar got depressed.

He was desperate to visit his mum. After then, Vaishno Mata arrived in Sridhar's dream one night and showed him the path to an ancient temple in a cave on the Trikuta mountain. According to legend, Sridhar discovered the sacred shrine and dedicated his life to serving it. Since then, the temple has been known as Mata Vaishno Devi all across the world.

Mother's Call

No one is allowed to see her unless her mother requests it. Mother's call is regarded as a blessing. As a result, people of all types, whether intellectual or not, male or female, large or tiny, are affected. Everyone is waiting for his phone call.

 

Mother’s journey

The trip to see the mother will take roughly 24 kilometres. This is said to be a difficult voyage. The pilgrimage to the shrine begins in Katra, at Ban Ganga. Vaishno Mata is said to have fired an arrow from her holy bow many millennia ago. The journey is difficult, but the Shrine Board's covered walkways, steps, water cooler, lounging area, pantry, and food stores provide a welcome break.

A journey to Vaishno Devi provides a great trekking opportunity. There is no suitable mortorway leading to the temple from Katra.
